Please note the following cancellation fees.

• Cancellations 22-60 days prior to arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations 14-21 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of planned arrival will forfeit the total tariff, unless we can re-let.
• The deposit is non-refundable for public and school holiday periods.

Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full tariff. Please note our cancellation policy follows standard industry guldelines. Stay tariffs are subject to change.
